The symptom checker

The symptom checker is an education tool. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it cannot account for your exam, your labs, or your full history. Its output is a prompt for a conversation, not a clinical conclusion.

Accuracy and currency

We review clinical pages and publish the reviewer and review date on each one. Medicine changes. Guidelines are updated, drug labeling changes, and new trials are published. We make a genuine effort to keep this current and we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the very latest evidence at the moment you read it.

The appointment request form

Submitting the form is a request, not a booking. An appointment exists once our team has confirmed it with you. Do not use the form for urgent problems, and do not send detailed medical information through it.
